Procedure for Development and Building
When contemplating construction prior to starting it is very important to ensure that all permits are in place.
Development Permit
The first permit that is required is a Development Permit that deals with the requirements of the Zoning bylaw and all it’s amendments. This information is contained in the Zoning Bylaw and Amendment’s part of this website. You must then submit Form “A“ along with a site drawing showing your property along with the dimensions of the lot and all structures existing and proposed and the distances between buildings and setbacks from all property lines. This information is sent to The Resort Village of Pebble Baye administrator for approval.
Building Permit
This deals with the construction. Our building inspections are done by BuildTECH Consulting & Inspections Inc. from Martensville Sk. and can be reached at 1-306-370-2824 or found at www.buildTECHinspections.ca.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT PERMITS MUST BE IN PLACE BEFORE STARTING CONSTRUCTION. BY DOING THIS IT WILL SAVE TIME AND POSSIBLY MONEY.
